Hello. If you’ve recently moved your ForeScout appliance to another country from its original location, you must complete the ForeScout ActiveCare transfer process to ensure proper ActiveCare and warranty support on your ForeScout appliance and to avoid servicing delays.
After submission, processing of the request can take up to 15 business days, so it’s a good idea to initiate this ForeScout ActiveCare transfer process before you need support.
Here’s the information you need to provide us:
- Company Name
- Your email address
- Serial number(s) of the ForeScout appliance
- Old address where the ForeScout appliance currently resides
- New address where the ForeScout appliance will be located.
Please verify that all data is accurate prior to submission to avoid requests returned for correction and associated delays.
Once your request is submitted, we’ll notify the email address provided in your file when the transfer is completed. Please allow up to 15 days to process your request.
