Forescout Expands Leadership Team, Names Two New Vice Presidents

CAMPBELL, Calif.  — Feb. 19, 2014— Forescout Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of pervasive network security solutions for Global 2000 enterprises and government organizations, today announced that two new executives have joined the company – Paul Phillips, senior vice president, corporate and business development, and Darren Milliken, senior vice president, general counsel and corporate compliance officer.

Phillips will augment corporate and business development at Forescout. Prior to joining Forescout, he held senior management positions in the technology investment banking groups of Citigroup, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs. In his 20 plus year career in investment banking, he focused on the enterprise software sector and completed transactions for IBM, Microsoft, Checkpoint and Symantec, among others.

Milliken will build out legal capacity as general counsel and compliance officer for Forescout. Previously, Milliken was with Accuray for 10 years and most recently served as its senior vice president and general counsel. During his 20-year career, Milliken also held senior management positions at Sanmina-SCI Corp and Voyan Technology and was in private practice at the law firm of Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman LLP.
