ForeScout is known for many great things- amazing product, phenomenal growth, being in a red hot industry and great talent! One area we’ve been laser focused on improving is our customer support capabilities. I’m excited to announce our new Customer Care & Sustaining Engineering Center located in Plano, Texas.
The opening of our new office provides tremendous benefit to our employees and our customers:
- The new space is 12,000 square feet, allowing us to accommodate our gangbuster growth. Over the course of 2016, we will grow our support resources by 139% across the globe and have more than quadrupled our resources in Texas. Our new office will be able to hold 60+ support, sustaining and QA engineers.
- We’re located in the technology corridor of Dallas and are surrounded by tech giants such as HP, Google, Intel and Microsoft, all within a five mile radius. This is the most sought after location in Texas and is filled with tons of support & security talent. As we continue ramping up our hiring, we need to ensure we’re in the right place surrounded by the right people who understand our mission, industry and culture.
- Location, location, location. Our new office has easy access to all major highways in the Dallas metroplex, it’s an easy 2-3 hour flight to/from any major US city, and has direct flights around the globe.
- Our new office enables us to provide world-class 24/7 support, along with a showcase lab that enables us to recreate and diagnose customer issues in real-time. These capabilities will enhance our responsiveness to customer incidents and enable us to give them a great support experience.
- Our Global VP of Customer Care will be stationed at this office providing leadership to the teams, orchestrating support for our customers, and coordinating between the other ForeScout offices.
