At ForeScout, we are transforming security through the unique ability to see devices, including non-traditional devices such as IoT devices, the instant they connect to the network. Equally important, ForeScout enables our customers to control these devices and orchestrate information sharing and operation among disparate security tools to accelerate incident response. Unlike traditional security products, we achieve this without requiring software agents or previous device knowledge. In order for our customers to achieve a continuous level of enterprise wide protection, we believe training is a vital element of success.
As ForeScout grows we need to scale the capacity of trained ForeScout administrators and engineers in the market. Our product is reasonably simple to implement for initial visibility, but to take full advantage of our advanced features that allows automation of enforcement and incident response, a deeper skill set is required. Robust training is the key to ensuring successful deployments and to enabling our customers to maintain the overall health of the solution and ensure it evolves over time to address the always changing threat landscape. When we see customers who are struggling to realize the full value and power from ForeScout CounterACT®, we typically find that lack of training is a complicating factor. We recommend the ForeScout CounterACT Administration (FSCA) course for all operators to help ensure continued success. This course teaches the ins and outs of our CounterACT product along with the latest best practices.
I am proud to partner with our distributors to expand our training reach, and value the role our distributors play in training our partner community. I see it as a win-win-win-win: distributor, partner, customer, and ForeScout. Distributors who are focused on training our partner community will help to increase the number of skilled ForeScout technicians in the market. In turn, these highly trained partners will ensure successful ForeScout deployments and drive customer success.
The great news: our authorized training partners and distributors can now provide the ForeScout CounterACT Administration (FSCA) course, which enables greater training access for our fast growing partner and customer community. I’m excited to announce that Arrow ECS and Westcon North America, Inc are officially authorized to provide ForeScout CounterACT Administrator training in North America. Arrow and Westcon have been invaluable partners of ForeScout, and I couldn’t think of two better organizations to help us expand our training offerings.
I appreciate the continued support of our customers, distributors and our partners as we scale up and help drive our customer’s success.
