Barry Mainz brings more than 25+ years of experience in executive leadership, global sales, marketing, product led growth, and product development to Forescout. In addition to being an Operating Partner at Crosspoint Capital Partners, Barry most recently served as COO of Malwarebytes responsible for development and execution of the go to market strategy. Prior to joining Malwarebytes, Mainz was CEO and member of the Board of Directors for MobileIron. Before MobileIron, Mainz served as President of Wind River Systems (an Intel subsidiary). Additionally, Barry has held leadership roles, as well as advisory and board positions at private and public companies such as Mercury Interactive, Makara (acquired by Red Hat, Inc.), and Sun Microsystems. Barry serves the board of BlackBerry (NYSE:BB). He holds a BA in Communications from San Francisco State University.

Rob Gillespie brings deep public and private company operating expertise to the Chief Financial Officer role at Forescout, where he is responsible for directing the company’s financial functions and establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Rob has a strong track record of driving business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure management gained through a 25+ year finance career. Rob is committed to maximizing long-term value for customers and equity holders, as well as fostering ongoing growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Forescout, Rob served as CFO for Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), Level 3 Communications and GE Consumer Finance. Earlier in his career, Rob held senior management level positions in GHX, GE audit staff, and CIBC commercial banking.

Rob holds a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Kenan Flagler School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. In his spare time, Rob enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking and spending time with his wife, two daughters and friends.

Rob Amezcua is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve the company's sales targets, globally. Previously, he was Forescout SVP of Worldwide Sales, and before that - VP and GM of Americas Enterprise Sales. Prior to joining Forescout, Rob was at Broadcom, where he served as a VP of Sales for the Enterprise Software Division. He was responsible for driving a high intensity software sales culture and profitable growth strategies within Broadcom’s core customer base, resulting in substantial growth across their diverse security software portfolio. Rob joined Broadcom via the acquisition of Symantec’s Enterprise Security Software division. Prior to Symantec, he held sales leadership roles at Cylance and McAfee. When not working, he can be found with his wife of 23 years and his 4 teenage children.

As Chief Customer Officer, J.P. Asta is responsible for driving exceptional value for customers at every stage of their journey, ensuring a customer-centric approach is embedded in Forescout’s DNA. He oversees Forescout’s Customer Success Management, Customer Support, and Professional Services teams. Prior to joining Forescout, J.P. worked at Vista Equity Partners and McKinsey & Company, where he partnered with executive teams to prioritize customer needs while scaling leading enterprise tech companies. J.P. holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys time spent with family.

Edward Brown is Forescouts’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. He is responsible for our legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions. With over 25 years of experience helping technology companies expand and scale, Ed helps guide our organization through strategic initiatives, complex legal matters, litigation, and regulatory change. Ed is known for his ability to build and lead high-performing teams that deliver results for cybersecurity companies, including Trend Micro, Nominum (now part of Akamai), and Malwarebytes. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor and Master of Law from Vermont Law School.

Justin Foster is Chief Technology Officer at Forescout, where he leads global Research and Development, driving next-generation cybersecurity innovation across cloud, network, and data-driven security platforms. He brings more than 25 years of experience in information security, with deep expertise spanning server and cloud security, security analytics, and encryption. Prior to Forescout, Justin was the CTO and co-founder of Cysiv, a cloud-native SOC-as-a-Service provider acquired by Forescout. He has also held senior technical, product management, and go-to-market leadership roles at Trend Micro and Third Brigade. Justin held the CISSP certification for 15 years, earned an Advanced Executive Certificate in General Management from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and is an inventor on multiple security-related patents.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Clarissa is responsible for developing and implementing Forescout’s marketing strategy and building preference for Forescout solutions. Clarissa has more than 20 years of B2B marketing experience and communications experience across a variety of industries including enterprise mobility pioneer MobileIron, fintech disruptors Treasury Prime and Lithic, and crypto infrastructure leader BitGo. She has also held communications leadership positions at Google, Porter Novelli, and Sparkpr. Clarissa holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Berkeley.

As Chief Product Officer, Paul Kao leads product development and strategy across Forescout's Asset Intelligence and Control Platform to govern and secure IT, IoT, and OT environments. With over two decades of cybersecurity expertise, he has a proven track record of developing products widely adopted by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. Prior to joining Forescout, Paul headed Web Security at Broadcom following its acquisition of Symantec. At Symantec, he played a pivotal role in evolving the company's Secure Web Gateway (SWG) product into a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform. Previously, Paul held leadership positions at Blue Coat Systems, where he managed multiple engineering teams and expanded into global solution architecture, honing his ability to take customer insights into product management. His efforts were instrumental in delivering industry-leading SWG products during the Web 2.0 era. Paul began his career at MDA/Orbital, working on large-scale aviation systems. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.

Duncan MacMurdy is an accomplished HR executive with over 25 years of experience driving talent acquisition and leadership development for startups and global technology companies. Most recently as Vice President of People at BitGo, he played a key role in scaling the company from fewer than 70 people to more than 400. Prior to BitGo, Duncan served as Chief People Officer at Zenefits, where he led a critical restructuring and turnaround phase for the human capital management software startup. At Wind River Systems, Duncan served as Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources where he established global leadership development programs and helped guide the transformation from an embedded system to a key player in IoT. Duncan holds an MA in Leadership Studies from Saint Mary’s College of California.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Rob leads alliances, strategy, and corporate development initiatives to unlock new growth drivers for Forescout. Rob has served in a variety of key leadership roles at the company over the last 10 years including VP of Emerging Technologies and Chief Technology Officer. He's played a key part in defining the long-term corporate vision, product roadmap and strategic investments. Before arriving at Forescout, Rob held technology leadership roles across the finance and higher education industries.

Sloane Stricker helps ensure that Forescout’s Global Information Technology adds the maximum value to its customers, users, cyber-defense, and business outcomes. Sloane brings over two decades of experience in providing technology solutions, infrastructure platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, business applications and global IT operations at both private and public companies to help drive technology strategy, modernization, compliance, growth and profitability. Prior to joining Forescout, Sloane was CIO and CISO for Global Healthcare Exchange, as well as CTO and Co-Founder of Datavail Corporation, where he helped grow Datavail to one of the largest remote data service companies in North America. He has also served in technical leadership positions at Level 3 Communications and Staples after starting his career at Sprint Corporation. Sloane is a combat veteran of the U.S. Army and graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He is passionate about outdoor adventures, sports, computing, family, and friends.

Known in the cybersecurity industry as “Dr. Zero Trust,” Chase Cunningham has extensive experience in all aspects of enterprise security. Before joining G2, he was the former CSO at Ericom Software. He was also previously Vice President Principal Analyst at Forrester where he tracked and covered all aspects of enterprise security, including zero-trust trends, technologies, and frameworks. Creator of the Zero Trust eXtended framework and a cybersecurity expert, Chase has decades of operational experience working in various capacities supporting NSA, US Navy, FBI Cyber, and other government mission groups. Chase was also a Forrester analyst tasked with managing and developing their zero trust portfolio of accounts and leading the research in that channel.

Bob Skinner retired from the military after nearly four decades of leading complex and diverse organizations at every level from tactical to strategic, including overseas deployments. This culminated as the Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Commander of the Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN) where he led a joint force of ~20,000 military, civilian and contractor personnel directing, delivering, managing, operating, securing and protecting a multi-billion dollar information technology (IT), communications and cyber environment enabling the nation’s most critical missions. Additional experiences include strategic planning, business continuity/succession planning and internal controls/audits.
