Hezy Yeshurun offers invaluable technical and entrepreneurial insights as the Chairman and Co-founder of Forescout. Hezy is a thought leader who has founded several successful technology companies, including TapGuard (acquired by Elron Software) and Top Image Systems. Hezy is a Professor of Computer Science at Tel Aviv University with a focus on Computer Vision and Computation Neuroscience. In addition, he was the Chairman of the Israeli National IT Committee and on the board of the Israeli chapter of W3C.
Vice-Chairman of the Board
Dave Dewalt brings more than 25 years of experience building industry-transforming organizations. Previously, he served as the CEO of both McAfee (acquired by Intel) and Documentum (acquired by EMC). He was appointed to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Council by President Barack Obama in May 2011, and currently serves on the board of directors of Five9 and Delta Airlines.
Chief Executive Officer and President
With more than 25 years of industry experience, including serving as President of McAfee and prior as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Michael is leading the cybersecurity charge as Chief Executive Officer, President and Board of Directors member of Forescout. Michael earned a bachelor of arts degree from Villanova University.
James Beer is the Chief Financial Officer of Atlassian, a leading provider of team collaboration and productivity software. James brings in-depth global business and financial expertise to Forescout. He serves on the board of directors for Alaska Air Group, parent company of Alaska Airlines and Virgin America. He is also a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's Economic Advisory Council. Between 2013 and 2017, James oversaw all financial functions at McKesson Corporation as Chief Financial Officer and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Symantec Corporation from 2006 to 2013. Beer was also Chief Financial Officer of AMR Corp. and American Airlines, AMR's principal subsidiary between 2004 and 2006.
T. Kent Elliot
Kent Elliot brings a wealth of technology and executive leadership experience to Forescout. Kent has been involved with Forescout since 2003 in both operational and board positions. Previous to Forescout, Kent served as the President & CEO of Vienna Systems, which was acquired by Nokia. At Nokia, Kent led the Internet Communications Group and served as the VP of Nokia Ventures. Kent currently serves on the board of directors for Vecima Networks.
Theresia Gouw provides invaluable insights as a successful engineer, entrepreneur and investor. Theresia is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Aspect Ventures and drove the firm’s investments in Cato Networks, Exabeam, The Muse, Deserve, Crew and Shieldx. Theresia serves as Treasurer at Brown University, Vice-Chair of DonorsChoose.Org, and member of the Advisory Council for Stanford GSB and DAPER Investment Fund. Previously, Theresia was a partner at Accel, Founding VP at Release Software, PM at Silicon Graphics and an associate at Bain & Company.
Mark Jensen brings over 30 years of strategic public and private technology experience to Forescout. Mark worked at Deloitte as the Managing Partner of the Technology and Venture Capital Services Division as well as Audit and Enterprise Risk Services. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mark served as Managing Partner for Arthur Andersen LLP, leading the global technology practice. Mark currently sits on the board of directors as the Audit Committee Chair at both Control4 and Lattice Semiconductor.
Rami Kalish brings extensive high-tech venture capital and global management experience to Forescout. Rami is the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Pitango, a leading venture capital firm. Rami currently serves on the board of directors for YCD Multimedia, WeFi and Revizer. In addition, Rami is on the advisory board for Technion and The Merage Foundation for US-Israel Trade. Prior to launching Pitango, Rami worked in sales and marketing at IMB and served in numerous executive roles at Orbotech.
Enrique Salem brings a wealth of experience as a proven executive, investor and board member to Forescout. Enrique joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2014, partnering with entrepreneurs to build disruptive infrastructure software and services companies. Enrique served as the CEO of Symantec, as well as the President and CEO of Brightmail. Enrique currently serves on the board of directors for FireEye, Docusign, Netskope, Attivo Networks, Tidal Scale, Evident.io, Clari, Atlassian and Biba Systems. In 2011, Enrique was appointed to President Barack Obama’s Management Advisory Board.
