Richard Anton
Director, Amadeus Capital Partners Limited
Richard is a director of Amadeus Capital Partners Limited, focusing on software investments. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has worked with companies including Clearswift, Entuity, Valista and Orchestream.
Prior to Amadeus, Richard worked as a management consultant, a hands-on finance and business development executive and a turnaround manager. Entering venture capital in 1994 he joined Apax Partners, where he made a number of early stage investments, including Neurodynamics and Autonomy. Richard was subsequently employed as director of business development and finance at these companies.
Richard holds an MBA from INSEAD and a first class Maths and Management degree from Christ’s College, Cambridge.
T. Kent Elliott
Executive Vice Chairman, ForeScout Technologies
Kent brings more than 25 years of industry experience to ForeScout. A veteran within the telecommunications community, Kent has held a wide range of international executive positions, living and working in the United States, Canada, Asia (Hong Kong) and Europe (The Netherlands). His past responsibilities include Senior Vice President and General Manager of Nokia Internet Communications, President and CEO of Vienna Systems (acquired by Nokia December 1998), Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TMI Communications, a mobile satellite company and various executive roles at Mitel Corporation including Senior Vice President of Product Management, General Manager for the Asia Pacific Region and Head of Business Development for Europe.
While at Nokia, Kent grew the company’s Internet Communications group into a world-class network security and virtual private network provider, creating a strong team and an effective global distribution and support network. While President and CEO of Vienna Systems, Vienna became an early global leader in the emerging Voice over IP market for the Enterprise and Alternate Carriers. Under Kent’s leadership, a strong team was created which developed award-winning products and established strong distribution channels in North America, Europe and Asia.
Kent holds an MBA from Queen’s University, Canada with a primary focus on marketing and strategic planning.
Rami Kalish
Managing Director, Founder, Pitango Venture Capital
Rami Kalish has a wealth of experience in venture investing and international management in the high-tech industry. He has been active in the venture capital arena since 1993, when he founded Polaris, and has served as the firm’s Managing General Partner since that time. From the very beginning, Rami Kalish was committed to a broader vision of value-added investing that offers entrepreneurs a close working relationship with experienced business professionals who can ensure long-term success for the company and its investors.
Under his guidance, Pitango Venture Capital has become a leader in the Israeli venture capital arena – joining forces with other leading VC principals, and creating an exceptionally well-rounded support and service organization. Rami has also been a driving force in establishing alliances with VC firms around the world and positioning Pitango Venture Capital as a global player in the global marketplace.
Prior to entering the venture capital arena, Rami garnered rich managerial experience at high technology firms in the US, Europe and Israel. He previously held sales and marketing positions at IBM and executive management roles at Orbot (now Orbotech).
Rami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Information Science from the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel. He is also a board member of the Israel Venture Association.
Theresia Gouw Ranzetta
General Partner, Accel Partners
Theresia focuses on software investments with particular interest in security, systems software and enterprise applications. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Accel-KKR, Aceva Technologies, ForeScout, Found, and WebCohort. In addition, Theresia is responsible for Accel’s investments in LetsTalk.com and PeopleSupport and is actively involved with Wal-Mart.com and eMac Digital.
Theresia has worked in the computer and communications industries since the late-1980′s as an entrepreneur, consultant and venture investor. Prior to joining Accel Partners, she was a founding executive at a venture-backed company which developed products to enable encryption and payment for the software industry. Theresia was a key member of the senior management team and was instrumental in growing the company from $0 to $15M in revenue. Before that, Theresia worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company. While at Bain, she worked with computer and communications equipment companies to develop their technology, marketing and financial strategies.
Theresia holds an Sc.B. in Engineering from Brown University, magna cum laude and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Doron Shikmoni
Co-Founder
Doron is a leading authority in the Israeli Internet security and networking community. He has spent many years in the academic networking arena, and was one of the Internet pioneers in Israel. Doron has more than 20 years of technical as well as management experience. Doron is the architect of the Israeli government’s secured Internet gateway. He provides consultation to various government organizations and companies. Doron serves on the ICANN Security and Stability Advisory Committee. He is currently the President of the Israeli chapter of the Internet Society (ISOC-IL), which, among other things, operates IIX – the Israeli Internet exchange.
Hezy Yeshurun
Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder
Hezy brings to ForeScout over 25 years of technical and entrepreneurial experience. Hezy has co-founded several technology companies including TapGuard (acquired by Elron Software in 1998) and Top Image Systems (NASDAQ: TISA). Hezy was formerly the Chairman of the Israeli National Committee for IT, a member of the board of the Israeli chapter of W3C, and a member of the board of governors of the International Association for Pattern Recognition. Hezy holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
