USA and London, UK—October 30, 2007—ForeScout Technologies, a leading provider of clientless network access control (NAC) for Fortune 500 enterprises and government organisations, today announced a new partnership with leading UK reseller Data Integration, a company delivering comprehensive technology solutions to customers.
This announcement follows ForeScout's launch of a new release of its flagship NAC product, CounterACT, earlier this month. The new version further expands the access control, endpoint security, scalability and remediation features and further simplifies the CounterACT product family's ability to ease deployment, maintenance and global scalability for both customers and channel partners, including Data Integration. "We want to give our customers choice and help them to select a solution that is most appropriate for their needs. Many Network Access Control products rely on agents, but not all customers are willing or able to allow this. Because ForeScout uses Network Behavioural Analysis it means customers can achieve many of the security benefits of Network Access Control, without the need to install agents on the endpoint," said Garath Lauder, Managing Director of Data Integration.
