As part of our continuous improvement efforts we have heard our Customer’s feedback on improving the online knowledge sharing experience. On November 29th, the ForeScout Support Forums will be going live! This platform of Support Forums will assist Customers with information exchange, best practices and Forum capabilities for our active support portal registered members.
- The ForeScout Support Forums will be focused on:
- Improved User Interface
- Self Service Forums
- Knowledge Base Articles
- Online Support Resources
Support Forums access will be with your standard login credentials to the Customer Support Portal, via single sign on. If you do not have access, please refer to KB Article 8620, How to Register for Access to the Customer Support Portal.
As part of this release, the Customer Support Portal will be down for maintenance on November 28th, 2018 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
