He has 20 years’ experience in designing, architecting and evangelizing solutions across a wide spectrum of technology areas including Biometrics and Identity Management, IT Operations, Service, IT Asset Management and Data Management. Shawn has previously worked for BMC Software, Delphix and CA Technologies. He holds an ITIL® Foundation Certification and received a BA in Economics from University of Maryland, College Park.
