Are you worried about visitors gaining access to your whole network from the conference room? Would you like to have greater control over contractors?
Join ForeScout Technologies with featured guest speaker Lawrence Orans, Research Director with Gartner, for the next event in the Best Practices in Network Access Control webinar series on how to secure visitors' access to the network in a webinar titled:
"Securing Visitor Access to the Network"
This webcast aired on April 27, 2006
One of the toughest business challenges faced by organizations of all sizes it the ability to control who has access to the network. Traditionally, an open Ethernet jack was a wide open door to network resources. As corporations have tightened down access privileges, the ability to maximize user productivity has been negatively impacted. But what if there was a way to keep users (employees, contractors, visitors) productive without compromising security?
Securing visitor access to the network is vital to ensuring maximum security over confidential information, while maintaining maximum productivity amongst these guests. Please join ForeScout Technologies featuring Gartner, for a webinar investigating how to secure visitor access. Topics to be covered include a general overview of the challenge faced by organization in controlling access, a discussion on the various types of NAC solutions available, their ability to secure access to the network, and enforcement techniques that allow the network to maintain secure during unmanaged device visits.
