Gord Boyce Appointed ForeScout President

CUPERTINO, Calif.—August 1, 2007 —ForeScout Technologies, the leading provider of clientless network access control (NAC) for Fortune 500 enterprises and government organizations, today announced the promotion of Gord Boyce from global vice president of sales and marketing to president of the company. This appointment comes on the heels of another record semiannual performance under Boyce's leadership and sets the stage for ForeScout's continued growth through 2008 and beyond.

"ForeScout was fortunate to attract a talented leader like Gord Boyce in early 2006," said T. Kent Elliott, CEO of ForeScout. "We continue to experience significant growth under his leadership. Gord's expanded responsibilities will continue ForeScout's drive in extending our market leadership reach within the NAC marketplace."

Reporting directly to ForeScout CEO, T. Kent Elliott, Boyce will be responsible for all operational and customer-facing activities, with the immediate priority of expanding the sales infrastructure and ensuring increased operation efficiencies. The infrastructure increase is necessary to handle the support requirements of ForeScout's rapidly expanding global enterprise customer base.

Boyce joined ForeScout in January 2006 after spending seven years at Nokia within its Internet Communications group, most recently as vice president, sales and marketing for the America's Enterprise Solutions business group. Since joining ForeScout, Boyce has been instrumental, with the rest of the ForeScout executive team, in growing the company into a leading NAC provider.

"I'm grateful for the trust placed in me by ForeScout's Board," remarked Boyce. "I'm also confident that the ForeScout team will continue the excellent pace which has yielded our positive results to date. I look forward to carrying on a close relationship with our loyal and expanding customer base. This is an incredibly exciting time for ForeScout."
