ForeScout's ACTNet™ system is a subscriber-based, fully-automated service that provides users with real-time, accurate information about hostile network sources. A network of globally distributed security sensors based on ForeScout's patented technology, ActiveResponse, produces this information. ACTNet system can identify, with a 100% accuracy, malicious activity and proven intent, making it an effective defense tool against both fast-spreading known threats and zero-day malware and human attackers. This is the only disruption prevention technology to be independently lab certified and customer validated to achieve this level of zero day detection/protection.

Utilizing the real-time information provided by ACTNet, subscribers will receive actionable data in the form of alerts, ranked by severity. Subscribers can take specific actions against hostile sources, including blocking the offending sources from their network, or receive dynamic real-time updates for automatic blocking.
